We’re excited to bring our brand-new event to Berwick Botanical Gardens, welcoming everyone and all from the local community to join us for a quiet nourishing morning immersed in nature. We have reserved especially for us the Fairy Dell Garden. Set under the canopy of the trees across from the Water Lilly Lake. 

Andrew will Gently Guide us through a Beautiful Meditation designed to help you reset, reconnect and Ground into the Day and the Nourishing presence of Nature. 

Before we begin our Beautiful Meditation we will set meaningful Intentions with Ceremonial Cacao and Open Hearts, Welcoming 2026 with Clarity, Intention and Presence. 

This soul-soothing experience includes:
? 1-hour guided meditation & breath-work
? Intention setting with cacao
? Light breakfast included
?‍♀️ Yoga mats, pillows & blankets provided

We are so thrilled to make this announcement. Our brand-new event for 2026 and our first gathering brought to you by The Nourished Soul Retreat. 

A light, nourishing breakfast will be lovingly prepared for you by the founder Lena’s Kitchen, to gently nourish and set you up for your day ahead. It’s going to be so lovely to gather together, enjoy a light breakfast, and share a few gentle catch-ups in the calm of the morning garden.

This little event is the perfect way and is designed to gently awaken your senses and begin the day in the fresh morning air, surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the garden trees. 

Come reconnect, reset, and begin the year feeling grounded, nourished, and inspired with pure intention, move into meditation, and allow the calm, grounding energy of nature to set the tone for the weekend ahead.
