What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided sleep induced practice, allowing the mind to completely let go of the chatter and fall into a deep and relaxed state.
If you are having trouble sleeping or waking throughout the night and not being able to get back to sleep. Then this is for you!
Join us to completely let go and relax.
There are no excuses needed for this class as absolutely anyone can join in!
Classes are held once a month coinciding with the New Moon where our bodies are naturally wanting to relax and restore!
