We are looking forward to a restorative evening with you~ 

Starting our gathering at Rooted in Flow in Berwick, our event will begin promptly at 2:45. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and find your space for our restorative yoga practice. Wear something comfortable to move in.

This is a passive practice and accessible to all levels and capabilities. Practice focuses on resting the body and restoring energy. You will be supported by cozy props and a calming environment. You can expect to find deep comfort and relaxation. You may leave feeling better that when you arrived! 

After practice concludes at 4pm we will make our way across the bridge to meet at Malley Farm for refreshments and holiday cheer! (6 min drive)
