Five Week Beginners Yoga Course
Have you always wanted to bring Yoga into your life and not sure where to start? Join this 5 week beginners Course and learn the foundations step by step in a supportive environment, you will learn Pranayama (breathing), Asana (postures) and Meditation (stillness). This course will explore the basic tools of yoga.
