Coffee & Conversation— Unhappy Hour for Equal Pay Day

In March, we observe and bring awareness to Equal Pay Day — a reminder of a reality that affects families and households across our community.

On average, women earn about $0.81 for every $1 men make for the same work. That gap means women must work months longer into the next year (March, to be exact) to earn what men made in a single calendar year.

Join the Berwick Business and Professional Women’s Club for Unhappy Hour as we raise awareness, share conversation, and support one another.

Stop in for a specialty drink or breakfast treat, bring the family, and take part in a meaningful discussion about the wage gap and how it impacts us all. We’ll also have basket raffles, with proceeds benefiting Community Resource Connections.
