This 2 day immersion is the perfect chance for you to dive in head first & learn the foundational aspects of a safe, sustainable Yoga practice.
We will explore our bodies & minds whilst gaining an in-depth understanding of what Yoga is & how it relates to your every day life...
We will cover:
- How to practice safely
- Yin & Vinyasa Yoga
- Breath work
& much more
Days will include Physical Practice, Workshops & Theory sessions and take place in a quiet, intimate setting.
Workbooks & Equipment supplied & each student will also receive a month trail membership at the studio as part of the package!
All we ask is that you bring a can-do attitude & a willingness to learn :)
