This process is easy and will only take a few kitchen items. You will be able to infuse spices and herbs for marinades and salad dressings, as well as body oils and healing oils such as Arnica and Calendula, both of which are great for bruising and sore muscles.

Come and warm this November while you Infuse your Life! Class is led by Sarah St John who has been working with essential oils and herbs for 20+ years and is passionate about supporting health and wellness through natural products while reducing waste and cost.
