But as powerful as the breath is, there is something equally wonderful about the community that shows up to these circles. Healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. There is a profound strength in being open and being seen by others as we navigate our internal landscapes together.
Join us for an hour and 45 minutes dedicated to simply being. Whether you’re a seasoned breather or this is your very first time, this session is designed to help you unlock the healing power of your own breath. We’ll keep it grounded, clear, and renewed—with just enough humor to keep it real.

We’ll start seated, connecting as a group and setting our intentions. From there, we’ll transition into the active breathwork session lying down. We wrap up with dedicated time for reflection and integration to help you carry the experience back into your daily life.
