The Big Flea is a community favorite spring market featuring artisan goods, vintage finds, flea market treasures, and local vendors hosted by Berryville Main Street, a nonprofit, volunteer-led organization.
While you shop, be sure to visit Berryville’s brick-and-mortar stores and locally owned restaurants throughout downtown.

🧑💼 VENDOR INFORMATION
• Vendors will be assigned a set-up time based on space location
• All vendors must be fully set up prior to 8:00 AM
• Vendors may not begin breakdown before 3:00 PM
🚗 Parking
After unloading, vehicles must be parked at:
• The rear of the Firehouse or
• Another assigned parking location
Vehicles may not remain on the street or in business parking areas.
You may not park in your vending space.
🪑 Setup Requirements
• Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, and displays
• All merchandise must stay within your assigned space (on, under, or behind your table)
• A minimum 3-foot pedestrian walkway must be maintained
• Displays may not block sidewalks, intersections, or sight lines
🧹 Cleanup
• Vendors are responsible for removing all trash and leftover items at the end of the event
⚠️ Liability
Berryville Main Street and its representatives are not responsible for accidents, damage, theft, or vehicle damage.
🚫 Prohibited Items
Vendors selling or displaying inappropriate, offensive, or illegal items will be required to leave, per event staff or local/state law.
🍪 Food & Bake Sale Vendors
A limited number of food or bake sale vendor spaces are available.
All food vendors must be approved and registered with The Big Flea prior to March 1, 2026 and must meet all local requirements.

Rain date determination will be made Saturday, April 11 at 6:00 AM or earlier.

No refunds.
If the event is cancelled, vendor registration fees will be credited toward the next Big Flea.
