RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a Virginia resident, residing in Clarke County until June 1. There must be A MINIMUM OF 5 CONTESTANTS PER AGE DIVISION for the age group to remain closed. An announcement will be made on June 2nd regarding which age divisions (if any) will be open to surrounding counties (Clarke, Frederick, Warren, and Winchester City).

All age divisions will compete in Photogenic, you will receive an email after your registration application has been completed (submitted & paid) to schedule a headshot session with Jessica Findley Photography
