Mental Health Resiliency Mini Course for First Responders

Restoration Farms is offering a FREE Mini Mental Health Resiliency Training for First Responder Careers.

With Stress and Burnout at an all time high and first responders being at higher risk of depression, anxiety, substance abuse and suicide, we offer a course on strategies and tactics for combatting burnout and fatigue in the grueling work you do. Join us to learn how to manage job stress, bad calls, and coming home well after a hard shift. We will cover how to guarantee a successful day, stay grounded in the storm and how to combine strength and compassion on the job.

This course is taught by a 14-year paramedic firefighter and a nurse/life coach. Please RSVP as space is limited.
