Discuss helpful ways to make it through special occasions and the holidays 
coming up. Grief is usually magnified during these special times. 

Will look at the four seasons of grief-Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Will look at what one can expect in each of these seasons and why they are important in the grieving process. 

When traveling the road of grief we will discuss the road blocks and detours one might experience and ways to navigate through them. 

How to handle a grief burst or wave of grief when they come out of nowhere.

Class will begin October 8th at 7:00 pm and meet in room #2 downstairs at the church. This class will be led by Marcia & Jamie Cressman. If any questions please call the church office at 260-589-3108.
