Coffee & Compassion - Complex Health Care Needs Resource Fair

The Community Health Clinic invites families and individuals with complex health care needs to join us for Coffee & Compassion's Resource Fair—an evening focused on connection, guidance, and community resources. Navigating care can feel overwhelming, and this event brings local service providers together in one place to help families feel informed and empowered.

At the resource fair, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about developmental services, providers, insurance coverage, guardianship planning, and transitions to adulthood—while also gaining insight into future topic-focused Coffee & Compassion sessions. 🤝
