The book blends psychology, trauma awareness, and practical tools for change. It’s empowering, relatable, and designed for readers who want to understand why they feel stuck — and how to finally shift their patterns.This will be a  three-month series, with each session building on the last and offering space for discussion, reflection, and integration.Month 1 – Awareness: Seeing the PatternsPages: Introduction – Chapter 4 (approx. pages 1–120)Month 2 – Healing: Reparenting and RegulationPages: Chapters 5–8 (approx. pages 121–220)Month 3 – Integration: Living as the Conscious SelfPages: Chapters 9–12 (approx. pages 221–320)✨ Meet our Moderater - Stacey Uhrig:If you haven’t met her yet, you’re in for a treat!
