Prescription Drug Take Back

As part of the "Keep Bernalillo Beautiful" initiative, the Town of Bernalillo's Community Development Department in cooperation with the Bernalillo Police Department will host two (2) separate Prescription Drug Take-Back Days each year. The dates coincide with the DEA's National Prescription Drug Take-Back days: the fourth Saturday in April and the fourth Saturday in October.

The Prescription Drug Take-Back Day aims to provide a safe, convenient, and responsible means of disposing of unused or expired prescription medication.
We will accept any unused or expired prescription medications with "no questions asked".
