A gentle, nourishing day designed to help you step out of the noise of everyday life and come back to yourself. This retreat is about slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and creating space to breathe, move, reflect, and simply be — without pressure or expectation.
What the day includes:
• A calming breathwork session led by Sue Hall from I Am Calm
• A gentle weights-based movement session with Aimee Dickinson from Naturally Fit
(do as much or as little as feels right for you)
• A creative exercise led by Clare Davenport
• A nutritious, seasonal lunch followed by a relaxed walk around the fields
• A mindful, reflective session led by me, Mariko Broome
• Time to wind down around the fire pit with a warm drink, finishing with a deeply soothing gong bath by Shelley Prior before we gently rejoin the world again
This is a women-only, supportive space. No experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just a day to reset your nervous system and refill your cup.
