Through dance and playfight, we meet intensity without collapsing or hardening, learning to stay grounded and relational even when things heat up.

In collaboration, we train the capacity to prepare for resistance rather than avoid it, to move with presence, weight, and opposition as creative forces. Instead of expecting ease, we learn to welcome friction as information, allowing connection to deepen through attunement, clarity, and shared responsiveness.

Drawing from embodiment dance, partner work, and playfight, the weekend invites you into direct physical dialogue: sensing boundaries, negotiating movement dynamics, and discovering trust not as an idea, but as a lived experience in the body. This is not about winning, fixing, or performing. It is about relating without armor, meeting yourself and others with courage, playfulness, and care.
