 The course will be tuned to the participants skills and nei gong foundational work, can be expected. 

Making sure, foundational concepts of nei gong is understood well, and body principles are on their place as well as the neccessary basics for effective Qi gong practise. Requirements that are needed physically and mentally. As well we will make sure eveyrone goes home with corrections and path of practise set up.

Material can be expected as the usual syllabus, following Lotus Nei Gong guidance and principles.

Date: 18-20th of September, 2026
Location: Bern | Switzerland
Duration: each day 9:00-17:00

Registration considered complete with succesfull transfer of participation fee: 320 EUR
- also please include your billing address with your application email. ( Name, billing address )

Deadline for participation: 
-15th of August, until this point participation fee payed is only 300 Euro,
- final deadline of registration is 11th of September, with the original fee.

Not participate intoxicated, or with hangover, drug or medication addiction. Habitual smoking, drinking prohibited. Inappropriate behaviour prohibited. Violating these you can be asked to leave.
Dont advise event under age 18, or pregnancy, or serious health conditions. Arriving with good health, well rested, hydrated and prepaired is advised.
Participation for self cultivational studies, deepen and enrich your own practise in nei gong is the aim of the event. Not instructor or teacher education.
