Across the weekend we’ll gather for gentle yoga and meditation practices designed to support rest and nervous system regulation, alongside time on Country to walk, listen, and be with the land.
The retreat includes a four-hour immersive workshop introducing the ancient and alchemical art of essential oil distillation with Blue Moon Distillers — a slow, sensory process grounded in patience, care, and respect for plants and place.
Nourishment is an integral part of the experience, with seasonal, Ayurvedic-inspired meals prepared by Jody Vassallo, thoughtfully crafted to support digestion, balance, and rest.
Time on Country is woven throughout the weekend, including:
