About the method

🔵 Systemic constellations can support a range of topics, uncovering unconscious patterns, resolving blockages and suffering. People in the room will represent different parts of your topic helping to illuminate internal pictures and hidden relationship dynamics on the systemic level, leading to deeper understanding and new perspectives.

🔵 This method is especially for you, if you want to get to the relational, unconscious and emotional side of things beyond coaching and talk therapy.

🔵 Typical topics include

• family and relationship conflicts and imbalances
• problems or decisions in your job and career
• concerns around being or becoming a mom
• unhappiness with your body or money
• any other emotional issues without a clear cause.

About the facilitator

💜 Hi, I’m Fran, a 40-year-old mom in Berlin. I work in IT and am passionate about nature, yoga, and supporting women.
Talk therapy taught me self-awareness and compassion, but I longed for a way to truly feel my emotions and accept my whole self.
💜 Discovering systemic constellations changed that. Though initially skeptical, I found them to be a gentle, powerful tool for uncovering unseen patterns and restoring harmony within families and ourselves.
💜 I'm grateful and humbled to have trained as a constellation practitioner with Sophie Lühr (2023–25) and look forward to sharing this transformative work with you.
