Through intuitive, fluid movement, we’ll explore what it means to soften, slow down, and listen to the body’s quieter impulses.As the body drops into deeper states of rest, movement becomes a pathway back into flow, allowing new energy, clarity, and creativity to emerge. This session is an invitation to reset, reconnect, and rediscover yourself through embodied presence.
