JournalistInnen, KommunikatorInnen und andere Personen, die Repressionen ausgesetzt waren oder über Umweltverstöße und Kampagnen berichten, sind ebenfalls willkommen.Inhalt des Programms:Rechte und Pflichten von Umwelt- und KlimaschützerInnen (Schwerpunkt EU- und internationales Recht)Zugang zur Justiz bei Verstößen gegen Rechte oder Umweltverpflichtungen durch Institutionen oder Unternehmen und Beteiligung der Öffentlichkeit an Entscheidungsprozessen – mit internationalen ExpertInnenPraktische Arbeit an konkreten Fällen der TeilnehmerInnenFolgeempfehlungen für Maßnahmen, Suche nach Rechtsbeistand usw.Logistik:Der Workshop ist kostenlos. Register now or pass it on to interested people!Who is the seminar for?We encourage both young and active participants in informal initiatives and campaigns, as well as experienced environmentalists from established organizations to take part.
