Ein Klezmer-Zirkus von Tsirk Dobranotch
Zum ersten Mal in Berlin!
Tsirk Dobranotch ist ein musikalisches Zirkusensemble, das aus drei interdisziplinären Künstlern und der legendären Klezmer-Band Dobranotch besteht – einer Formation mit fast 30-jähriger Geschichte, die weltweit für ihre energiegeladenen und authentischen Auftritte bekannt ist. Das Ensemble verbindet traditionellen Zirkus mit den Traditionen des Klezmer, des jiddischen Theaters und des Humors. Alle Mitglieder haben einen Migrationshintergrund und erzählen in ihrer Performance von Bewegung, Exil, kulturellen Wurzeln und menschlicher Verbindung.
Die gesamte Show basiert auf Live-Klezmermusik und vereint Musik, Bewegung und clowneske Erzählkunst. Das Publikum erlebt poetische und humorvolle Szenen, traditionelle jiddische Melodien, Tanz, Pantomime sowie beeindruckende Luftakrobatik.
Dieses Klezmer-Zirkusprojekt ist einer der künstlerischen Höhepunkte der langen Laufbahn von Dobranotch – eine farbenreiche, lebendige Feier von Musik, Vielfalt und Lebensfreude.

A Klezmer Circus by Tsirk Dobranotch
First time in Berlin!
Tsirk Dobranotch is a musical circus ensemble comprised of three interdisciplinary artists and the legendary Klezmer band Dobranotch—a group with nearly 30 years of history, known worldwide for its energetic and authentic performances. The ensemble blends traditional circus with the traditions of Klezmer music, Yiddish theater, and humor. All members have a migrant background and tell stories of movement, exile, cultural roots, and human connection in their performance.
The entire show is based on live Klezmer music and unites music, movement, and clownish storytelling. The audience experiences poetic and humorous scenes, traditional Yiddish melodies, dance, pantomime, and breathtaking aerial acrobatics.
This Klezmer circus project is one of the artistic highlights of Dobranotch's long career—a colorful, vibrant celebration of music, diversity, and joie de vivre.
