Durch präsentes Fühlen und Horchen auf deine innere Stimme, findest du für dich heraus, was für dich gerade stimmig ist. Durch Meditation, Achtsamkeit- & Vertrauensübungen aus dem weißen Tantra & dem Wheel of Consent - alleine, zu zweit & in der Gruppe - sensibilisierst du deine Wahrnehmung und wirst in Kontakt mit dir selbst & anderen kommen. Bei diesem Tantra Abend für Anfänger wirst du verstehen, dass es eigentlich in erster Linie nicht um Sex geht, sondern um wahre Begegnungen. Authentisch. Frei von Performance Druck.
