Me-to-Me Meditation Scanning: Guided somatic awareness to Release trauma from childhood to present moment to accept true identity of who we are.
Ecstatic Dance: Judgment-free movement to liberate energy, restore aliveness, and celebrate your body’s wisdom.
Sound Healing Journey: Vibrational resonance from bowls, chimes, and drum to soothe the nervous system and anchor intentions.

• - If pregnant, on SSRIs/MAOIs, Or have a serious heath condition, please let us know; a lighter portion or herbal alternative can be provided

Neha

At the core of Yogicescape, Berlin's dedicated Yoga & Wellness studio, is its founder, Neha. Drawing from 22+ years of practice and teaching across the globe, Neha is a compassionate Yoga instructor, insightful Ayurveda practitioner, and gifted energy healer. Her work, including numerous retreats and workshops, is deeply informed by her belief in universal connection, beautifully encapsulated by her favorite mantra, 'Vasudhev Kutumbakam'—'The World Is One Family'."

This philosophy fuels her true belief in selflessly giving back to society by supporting underprivileged tribal children in their education and tea
