We’re calling you in - to a raw, powerful, and transformative journey into the sacred fire of anger as truth, power, and protection . Do you hold your anger in? Or has your fire gone numb? This is an invitation to meet your anger not as a problem, but as sacred energy —a force that protects, transforms, and restores power. In this deeply embodied ritual , we explore anger as a full-spectrum experience.
Through grounding breathwork, boundary-setting practices, and powerful partner exercises that awaken the wisdom of “No” in your body. Through movement, sound, and being witnessed in your raw truth , you’ll learn to transform suppressed rage into vitality, clarity, and creative energy . We'll conclude with techniques for channeling anger constructively , and a celebration of voice, power, and emotional liberation.
Join us this July in Berlin for a unique scale-donation workshop where we’ll explore how to reclaim anger and rage as a force for connection, creativity, and deep personal alignment.
