Rise in Love is a two day Tantra weekend workshop for couples in the city center of Berlin. It invites you into the experience of deeper love, understanding and communion with your partner. Explore yourself and each other in new ways, allow yourselves to be held and guided into deeper intimacy and immerse in an experience that may naturally flow into every aspect of your relationship.

This is for every couple that wishes to bring a new level of depth and connection into their relationship. You’ll gain practical tools and techniques that can be used beyond the weekend workshop, helping you to continue nurturing your bond.

• Understand Tantra through discourse and experience it through practice (incl. topics like presence, life-force, heart-opening, eros and polarity, pleasure and desire)
• Well balanced program with a variety of partner practices (see below)

• Partner meditations; connect heart to heart and experience connection beyond words by cultivating an open-hearted presence
• Energy practices; tap into your life-force through breath, sound, movement and awareness and connect with each others on all levels of being. Sometimes playful, other times deep.
• Ritual; honour your connection, invoke sacredness and a profound sense of closeness through Tantric ritual
• Sharing and active listening: Streghten your emotional bond by practising sharing vulnerably and listening with full presence

This is for every couple that wishes to bring a new level of depth and connection into their relationship - emotionally, physically and spiritually. It is for couples that are looking for new ways of being intimate and are open to growing individually and together. Previous Tantra or meditation experience is not required but ideally you bring some spiritual curiosity. Also for more seasoned Tantra practitioners, this 2-day Tantra workshop is likely to expand your current understanding and practice.

Located on the fifth floor of a quiet backyard building, Praxis Köpi offers a bright and peaceful setting—a perfect retreat for a weekend workshop. It’s an ideal refuge in both summer and winter. On hot summer days, we open the balcony door and the windows on the opposite side to let a continuous breeze flow through. In winter, it turns into a cozy haven.

Hi, my name is Sophie. I am deeply passionate about guiding people into an expanded experience of love. I create spaces where people feel deeply connected and truly seen, leaving them with a sense of wholeness, connection and acceptance.

I am double certified as a Tantra teacher and have been teaching Tantra groups since 2022. Since then, I have guided over 200 couples. I am currently in training to become a couples and sex-therapist.

As a space holder I value devotion, sincerity and humility.
