From there, we explore simple sound-making and breathing to support regulation and presence. Having calmed the body and centered the mind, we then enter into an open space of rest, held by dim lights, soothing tea and soft, supportive materials. Rest for the Restless offers an accessible and welcoming space where rest can happen naturally, without pressure or expectations.
