What came before your art? Before your identity as an artist?Before all this, was you. A living creature. A newly born. A newly born who learned to take its first breath without ever being told how. A toddler learning to turn, crawl, walk without explanation; without ever being told how. You noticed. You followed. You learned the art of creating by following life’s invitations – the ones that moved you to move with a pulse that arose from the inside.
Within us we each have the seeds – the living potential – of our unique expression of artistry. We do not lose this living potential but we might lose access to it if we do not recognise how to honour, tap into and play with it – how to reconnect toprimal play.

In many Western-influenced societies, ‘growing up’ has become synonymous with ‘closing down’ and ‘fitting in’. This finds us disconnecting with others, the world and more fundamentally, ourselves. In this shut-down state, primal play is out of reach and artistry is impossible.

So, if your ‘seeds of artistry’ are latent, struggling to come tolife, or even currently burgeoning (yet you don’t know why), this workshop will introduce you to a praxis that will return you to yourself; resource you to open blocked channels; and release you into flowing in and with your living artistry.

We will use all our modalities to stretch into new and unfamiliar places. Come ready to play, experiment and re-connect with all of your being, alongside others who are ready to do the same. 
We will play and learn together as a whole group, in smaller groups, in triads and alone. Depending on the size of the group, there may be opportunities for 1-1 sessions with Team members.
