A time to slow down, listen inward and allow things to settle.On 24 August 2026, we gather for a special open-air Sound Bath beneath the open sky in Bürgerpark Pankow.Lie back on the soft grass, feel the earth beneath you and let the sky open above. As the evening unfolds and the light gently fades, allow the vibrations of the gong, crystal singing bowls and other meditative instruments to move through you.No need to do anything.No need to achieve anything.Simply lie down, breathe and receive.As we transition from the warmth and expansion of summer toward the quieter energy of autumn, this is an invitation to pause and restore.
