This time we have the honour of welcoming Maori elder *Te Arahi* from the Nga Puhi tribe of Aeteroa, New Zealand. He will offer a  Workshop - before the Dance (see below).

In this space you can explore your own free-style, authentic forms of expression and connection -- The recipe is simple: Move and be moved.
Everyone is welcome. To move and express, to connect and release, to feel and be, to play and journey - in a held and safe community environment.

** Te Arahi , a teacher and guardian of the knowledge of his tribe—the Ngā Puhi of northern New Zealand—invites us into the living experience of ''Ka hoki te Ao'' : the path of hope, harmonious balance, and the powerful connection between humanity, nature, and spirit. 
Utilising sacred tones of korero (voice) waiata (song) karakia (invocation) kitenga (visualisation)  and Tinana (movement) Te Arahi will take those of us present on an indigenous journey of bringing the past of our ancestors to the now of our lives..
