Berlin Breath Club invites you to our annual release-and-reset gathering — a beloved Berlin tradition to close the year with clarity, presence, and intention.

Whether you’re experienced with breathwork or simply wishing to reconnect with yourself and others, this evening is designed for you.

Feel more alive, grounded, and deeply connected.

Discover why breathwork is one of the fastest-growing practices in wellbeing. Marc, an experienced breathwork facilitator, will guide you through a journey of conscious breathing to help you:

• Release built-up stress and emotional heaviness
• Reset your nervous system
• Let go of what no longer serves you
• Create space for fresh energy and new intentions
  

We offer a warm, safe, and inclusive space where you can reconnect to your breath and tap into inner clarity. Many participants describe moments of deep presence, emotional release, and expanded consciousness.

End the year with intention, softness, and a full body exhale.
