For them, the Tee- und Wärmestube Neukölln is a place of refuge and humanity. Here, they receive not only hot tea, but above all: warmth, dignity, and a listening ear. The facility, run by the Diakoniewerk Simeon, provides homeless and unhoused people with a safe space to warm up, take a shower, wash clothes, receive clothing, or simply find peace. All of this is offered at a low threshold, without bureaucracy, and with respect for each individual.But this valuable service depends on donations and every contribution helps so that no one has to stand out in the cold.?
