- **Event Description**: MediTANZion: Dance Journey

A free-style, barefoot Dance Journey where you can explore your own authentic movement and expression. With minimal guidance and through multiple genres of music - you are invited to journey into deeper states of connection - to self, to community, to cosmos.
The formula is simple: Move and be moved.

More than just a typical Ecstatic Dance -- this is an urban ritual. We gather in community to move and sing, to connect and release, to feel and express, to pray and play, to journey together in a held and safe environment.

.

During the journey:

 ? No alcohol, substances.
? No active phones / screens (shut them off before entering)
? No talking in the dance hall
? Radical Consent and safety are values we practice
