Beide mit klassischer Tanzerfahrung ausgestattet, inspirieren sie mit tollen Übungen und Verzierungen und machen aus herausfordernder Tanztechnik ein echtes Tanzerlebnis mit Freude und Spaß. Sonntag, 19. April
WS 1) 12:00 - 13:15 Körperarbeit für Tango - Eleganz, Gleichgewicht und Körperbewusstsein  
In diesem Workshop erlernen wir praktische Basics für die Körperarbeit, deinen Tango verbessern. Durch eine Kombination aus Pilates, Ballet, funktioneller Bewegung und gezieltem Dehnen werden wir uns auf die Verbesserung von Gleichgewicht, Haltung und Körperbewusstsein konzentrieren. All dies sind wesentliche Grundlagen für selbstbewusste und elegante Bewegungen.

WS 2) 13:30 - 14:45 Basics - Technik für Folgende
Geschmeidiges Gehen, optimale Dissoziation, stabile Pivots und eine gute Balance sind die Grundlagen des Tangos. In diesem Workshop arbeiten wir an der Basis, um diese Grundelemente zu beherrschen. Auf dem Programm: Gehen im Tango, Ochos Giros und andere häufig verwendete Schritte

WS 3) 15:00 - 16:15 Verzierungsmarathon
Adornos verschönen den Tanz und bringen Spaß. Die Kunst ist allerdigs, sie in den Tanz zu integrieren, ohne den Tanzfluss und den/die Partner/*in zu stören. In diesem Workshop werden wir uns alle möglichen Varianten von Adornos anschauen: musikalische, spielerische, geschmeidige und vieles mehr ... Wir werden lernen, sie stilvoll und sinnvoll in dem Tanz zu benutzen.

Both with a background in classical dance, they inspire participants with fantastic exercises and embellishments, transforming challenging dance technique into a genuine dance experience filled with joy and fun. Sunday, April 19
Workshop 1) 12:00 - 1:15 PM Bodywork for Tango - Elegance, Balance, and Body Awareness  
In this workshop, we’ll learn practical basics of bodywork to improve your tango. Through a combination of Pilates, ballet, functional movement, and targeted stretching, we will focus on improving balance, posture, and body awareness. All of these are essential foundations for confident and elegant movements.

WS 2) 1:30 - 2:45 PM Basics - Technique for Followers
Smooth walking, optimal dissociation, stable pivots, and good balance are the foundations of tango. In this workshop, we’ll work on the basics to master these fundamental elements. On the agenda: walking in tango, ochos, giros, and other commonly used steps

Workshop 3) 3:00–4:15 PM Embellishment Marathon
Embellishments add beauty to the dance and make it fun. The trick, however, is to integrate them into the dance without disrupting the flow of the dance or your partner. In this workshop, we’ll explore all kinds of embellishments: musical, playful, fluid, and much more... We’ll learn how to use them stylishly and effectively in the dance.
