Born in northern Virginia and raised on the East Coast, Jerrold discovered early on that making people laugh was his superpower. A self-proclaimed “class clown turned comedian,” he spent his formative years mastering the art of storytelling, refining his observational humor, and figuring out how to turn life’s most chaotic moments into comedic gold. His humor is relatable, sharp, and often wildly self-deprecating, which has made him a fan favorite across the comedy circuit.

For the past 15 years, Jerrold has been honing his craft in the stand-up world, performing in everything from nightclubs to laundromats (yes, laundromats!). Whether it’s a tight, pre-written set or an off-the-cuff freestyle, Jerrold thrives on the unpredictability of live comedy. His high-energy performances and unique takes on relationships, marriage, and the absurdities of everyday life have earned him a reputation as a “rising star” in the industry.
Jerrold’s journey has taken him to some of the most iconic comedy clubs on the East Coast, including Gotham Comedy Club, Caroline’s on Broadway, and Stand Up NY. But it doesn’t stop there—he’s headlined at colleges, corporate gigs, yacht parties, fundraisers, and even house parties. His versatility as a performer means he can adapt his comedic style to any audience, leaving them in stitches every time.
