Ingrid Schyborger, a rising star on the European jazz scene, is a well-established double bassist and composer based in Stockholm, Sweden. After living in New York for three years, she has now moved back home. Since then, she has both released a debut album under her own name and played as bassist in a variety of groups such as Post Sun Vision and Loke Risberg trio, and has recorded an album with drummer Bill Stewart.

Coming to Donau115 she brings an incredible band of amazingly skilled musicians, the renowned saxophone, - and EWI player Dayna Stephens, virtuoso alto saxophonist Hannes Bennich, the sensational pianist Henning Ullén on piano and the New York-based drummer and Eliza Salem. Together they form an ensemble with an atmosphere of high energy and intensity, brilliant interplay, exiting rhythms, time signatures and masterful improvisations.
