⚡️ Why this festival?

Hungarian Rainbow is a response to recent developments in Hungary. Last year, the Hungarian Parliament passed a law banning the Pride parade — a demonstration that had raised awareness for LGBTQIA+ issues for over 30 years.
The decision sparked protests across Europe and a wave of solidarity. Despite the ban, Budapest saw one of the largest Pride marches in its history, with over 200,000 participants.
