In this 4-hour interactive class, you’ll dive into the art, science, and soul of pizza — Neapolitan style, gluten-free edition!

You’ll learn how to:

• Understand the history of pizza and the difference between flour types (and gluten-free alternatives!)
• Master hydration and fermentation for a soft, airy crust
• Mix and knead dough by hand – no mixer needed
• Stretch and shape your own pizza like a pro
• Balance toppings for authentic Italian flavor
• Bake at home using a standard electric oven
