Our arts cafe provides a chance for you to commune with others and reflect for the new year. Expressive arts combine multiple modalities like dance, drama, music, writing, and visual art for self-discovery and processing emotions. Although this series of workshops focuses only on journaling and visual art, its goal and outcomes are the same!
