Due to the success of Embodied Dating in May, it's returning this July for a special Poly edition!​​Embodied Dating is an immersive evening experience where you'll move fluidly between conversation, movement and touch. Come spark a new connection or two, and walk away with skills you can take into every relationship.​​This event is open to polyamorous people of all genders who identify as straight, bi, queer or pansexual. Come solo, in a couple or in a throuple!​​What will actually happen? ?​You'll be invited to explore a series of unique interactions, carefully guided to help you connect through your body, and meet others with genuine curiosity and openness.​Activities will weave together:​✨ Authentic Relating - heart-centred conversation through radical honesty and active listening, drawing you into presence and embodied awareness​✨ Intuitive Movement - surrendering into somatic flow, letting your body lead the way​✨ Conscious Touch - exploring the many dimensions of co-regulating touch in full awareness of desires and boundaries​? We will begin the evening with a ground, heart-opening breathwork practice to help you land.​?‍♂️ Some pairings are randomised, some you can choose for yourself. You may do any exercise with your partner if you wish. One exercise will be in groups of three!​? Blindfolds may be used in certain activities to deepen your connection with your physical sensations and inner world.​✅ Consent is central throughout the evening.
