She will play some of her own songs as well as traditional circle singing music, always inviting everyone to express themselves with their own voice as well.From this we seamlessly flow into an ecstatic dance with Elias Doré, including a little warmup of connection, playfulness and relating through movement. Afterwards we dive into a multi-faceted sonical wave that leads everyone through a journey of joy, depth and ecstasy for a total of 2 hours. You are invited to move and flow, scream and dance out everything that wants to be released from your body. The space of Haus Lebenskunst has a large wooden dance floor with plenty of space to dance barefoot.The evening will end with a sound healing and singing circle led by Laura, giving time for the energies to settle and creating space for integration of the experiences and sensations that were felt throughout the session.This event is a journey for your mind, body and soul.
