The Eastie Ro!s: Live ist Live wird durch die Eastie Ro!s gelebt. Dieses One-Hit-Wonder der Ösi-Kapelle Opus war für den Dauerwelle-Wende-Achim ein fester Bestandteil auf seinem Mixtape mit dem Titel: "Soundtrack meiner Jugend". Die Eastie Ro!s hingegen stehen mit Bleifuß auf dem Gaspedal und jegliche Bremsbestandteile fleddern Werner-Like vom Schkoda. Punkrock mit Texten, welche Achim aber verstehen könnte. Nicht ganz ernsthaft aber mit Schmackes und gut platziert zwischen die Ohren all jener, die's verdient haben. Musikalisch durchaus wertvoll auch für dich du (Null)!!


Empty Pint and the Hot Shots hail from Dresden. It's only mentioned here because it's not noticeable in their sound. It has a British-Jamaican flavor and is somewhat reminiscent of a time when autotune and other sound-enhancing refinements weren't yet a concern in the music business. The seven-piece band intones old ska, reggae, and rocksteady classics with late-adolescent fervor, but isn't above giving songs from other genres a brutal, off-beat treatment.

The Eastie Ro!s: Live is live, and the Eastie Ro!s live it. This one-hit wonder by the Austrian band Opus was a staple on Achim's mixtape entitled "Soundtrack of My Youth." The Eastie Ro!s, on the other hand, keep their feet firmly on the accelerator, tearing every brake component off their Skoda like Werner. Punk rock with lyrics Achim could understand. Not entirely serious, but with gusto and well-placed between the ears of all those who deserve it. Musically, it's certainly valuable, even for you looser!
