ASANA LAB & SEQUENCING

Asana Lab & Sequencing is a 10-hour immersive training designed for yoga teachers who want to deepen their alignment understanding, refine functional movement, and learn how to create intelligent, healing-focused sequences. Over two days, we explore postures, anatomy, cueing, and sequencing with clarity and structure.

What to Expect:

A deep dive into alignment principles that support safe, functional, empowered movement. We explore joint actions, load distribution, breath integration, and how alignment informs logical sequence building. Teachers learn to create coherent, intentional peak structures and micro-themes using alignment as the blueprint.

A practical and sensory-based approach to anatomy. We explore the body as a dynamic system—bones, fascia, breath, and stability working together. Teachers learn how to use anatomical principles to enhance awareness, safety, and creativity in asana practice.

Learn how to design sequences that regulate the nervous system and promote grounding. We explore pacing, breath-driven flow, restorative arcs, accessibility, and intention-based class design—ideal for mindful Vinyasa, slow flow, and introspective practices.

Anatomy applied directly on the mat. We break down standing poses, transitions, balance work, and simple inversions to understand muscle actions, kinetic chains, functional mobility, and sustainable strength.

Refining your teaching voice through clear, concise, embodied language. We explore directional cues, action-based language, breath cues, sequencing cues, and communication that supports accessibility and precision.

Teachers create and teach a short sequence, applying alignment, anatomy, and cueing principles. You receive constructive, supportive feedback to refine your sequencing structure, clarity, and delivery.

Federico Soggia,

RYT500 and Inversions Teacher

Federico is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, specializing in Hatha-Vinyasa and inversions. With a passion for alignment, strength, and mindful movement, he is known for leading strong, creative, and intelligently sequenced classes that challenge students while cultivating presence and awareness.

His journey from years in the demanding world of professional kitchens to the transformative path of yoga shaped his approach: discipline balanced with play, effort rooted in mindfulness. Through workshops and international retreats, Federico shares his mission—to guide practitioners into a powerful asana practice that reconnects body, breath, and mind into one single entity, a true unity of being.
