This beginner acroyoga class covers the basic poses of acroyoga and links them together into flows. Both classic well-known washing machines and original flows are taught. The class level is suitable for beginners in acroyoga who are ready to explore more creative movement as well as newcomers who aren't afraid of a little challenge!

Working in small groups students will have time to practice all three roles in acro (base flyer and spotter) during class. Train physical strength flexibility and balance find your inner monkey as you explore your limits and form connections with others in a playful way. No need to bring a partner—just come as you are and learn to lift others up and be lifted!
