Yoga and Sound with Carol Lucey

Ending your day with yoga & added sound can prepare you both physically and mentally while relaxing the body and supporting its natural ability to de-stress after a busy day. An Intentional based practice which can benefit and support a restful night sleep while refreshing both the mind and spirit.

To seal your evening practice, experience the profound relaxation of Shavasana, a restful pose that invites you to release tension and surrender to the present moment and the evening ahead. As you lie in an awaken state of stillness, be enveloped by the soothing vibrations of sacred sound.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, her class is open to all levels.

Please dress comfortably, bring your yoga mat, water, yoga blocks (blankets or pillow), and an open heart to your weekly practice.
