- **Event Description**: Welcome to Pistons for Paws 2nd annual car show to benefit Southern Massachusetts Animal shelters!
This car show is being held in memory of our dear friend Johnny Massoud.
Background: For those of you who knew Johnny knew how much his cats mattered to him. John was a true protector of his local stray cats and made it his priority to keep them safe. While in doing so, John would make sure the cats would be sheltered/neutered/ and cared for them the best he possibly could. He always wanted to make sure the animals would be taken care of. John sadly passed suddenly and unexpectedly in May of 2023. On top of being the biggest hearted advocate for animals, John was quite the race car lover also. He was known for his beautiful Buick, carburetor skills, and being the National Buick legend at his yearly event at Bowling Green Kentucky. We want to honor and keep Johnnys legacy alive. This car show means his friends and families can be surrounded by the cars he loved so much, along with making sure local animal shelters are being taken care of. We would love to have you out to enjoy the cars, each other's company and most importantly, support our animals!


2025: Last year, even with the weather not completely on our side, we raised over $3,500 for fall rivers local animal shelter! We had over 30+ baskets raffled off, wonderful local vendors joined us for the day, and did we mention all the 100+ amazing rides?! We could have never done it without the support of our awesome community to make such an impact!


*New Location*
This year our event is graciously being supported by The American Legion in Berkley. They are allowing us to use their facility to make this all happen, and we could not be more grateful! With that being said, we will request everyone to be respectful of her property and leave the property exactly how you entered it. (tidy and trash free)

We are adding a CAR SWAP MEET to the event this year! Each vendor spot will have a direct money donation to the cause. 

**$10 PER 12FT folding table** you will need to have your quantity of tables WHEN CONTACTING US FOR A SPACE -not the day of the event- to account space for everyone.

Any registration inquiries for this event will be directly coordinated with myself, Kayla Frenette, and no one else. Contact myself directly to be a part of our big day! Vendors will be expected to be on property BEFORE the event and be fully situated before 10am.

Start time is 10 AM ending at 2 PM
ALL donations go directly to Southern Massachusetts Animal Shelters (to be determined)
Entrance donation will be 10$ per car OR an animal item of equal value.
Trophy's will be tallied, and voting will end by 12:00. Raffles and trophy's to be announced by 12:30/1PM.
Vendors will be on site. We are aiming for a variety of vendors to have on site. Full lists will be finalized leading up to the event.
We will have our 50/50 raffles along with gift baskets being raffled off!


Vendors/crafters/local businesses- I will be putting a post up at the start of 2026 for open registration for vendors! Vendors are kindly asked for a raffle donation for your table/tent spot at the event. If you feel your company does not have an item to donate, we will accept a money donation/animal item donation for the animal shelters. Vendors will be expected to be on property BEFORE the event and be fully situated before 10am.
