Exploring how music and movement can help us connect with and nourish our mind, body and spirit.Qoya is based on the idea that through movement we remember, that like nature, we are wise, wild and free!You will be invited to explore the class theme through a combination of breath, meditation, yoga, free movement, community sharing and dance.We will start the class with some grounding breaths and intention setting, followed by a carefully curated playlist that will help us journey inwards, to quieten the mind, reconnect with our body, notice what feels good and find our flow.There are no levels in Qoya and no experience is required. There is no way you can do it wrong and the way you know you’re doing it right is when it feels right to you!It’s likely to be unlike anything you have experienced, yet intuitively feel familiar to your mind, body and soul.Please bring;Water bottleCushion or blanket if you would like this when sitting/laying on a mat (chairs are available for anyone who would prefer)Please arrive with a few minutes to settle and get comfortable before we start at 7.30pm.
