Every third Thursday, Port Kembla comes alive.

As part of PK Night Shift, Wentworth Street fills with music, markets, food, creativity, and connection — and just beyond the street, we invite you into something deeper.

The Wisdom of One Ecstatic Dance Journey is a monthly immersive experience combining grounding breathwork with freeform ecstatic dance.

We begin with a short somatic breathwork practice to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and help you arrive fully in the body. From there, the music takes over as we move into an intuitive dance journey — no choreography, no pressure, just space to move, express, and reconnect.

This is not about dancing “well.”
It’s about presence.
Expression.
Connection.
Returning to yourself.
