This year, Winter Solstice and International Yoga Day meet on the same weekend — a reminder that wellness isn’t always about doing more.

Sometimes it’s about making space.

Space to breathe.
To move.
To reflect.
To reconnect.

Join us for a special 90-minute community gathering to honour the season through gentle practice, stillness and conscious connection.

Imagine arriving into warm light and a slower rhythm.

We’ll move through grounding asana, settle into meditation, create space for journaling and reflection, then gather over tea and light nourishment.

No pressure to share.
No need to be experienced.
No expectation to “be good at yoga”.

Just come exactly as you are.

This gathering is one of two community events we offer each year as part of our membership experience — because we believe wellbeing extends beyond personal practice and is also shaped through belonging, connection and shared moments.

If you’re not a member, you’re warmly invited too.

Whether you’ve practised with us before, dropped into a class once or twice, have been meaning to come back, or simply feel drawn to mark the season differently this year — this space is for you.
